We understand that travel plans can change and unexpected situations may arise. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable across our various services. 2. General Refund Principles
All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official contact channels. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific terms of each service. Service fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 working days through the original payment method.
3. Visa Consultancy Services
Visa consultancy fees cover the professional time, effort, and resources invested in preparing and submitting your application. As such:
- Fees are non-refundable once the consultation process has begun or documents have been submitted to the relevant embassy or consulate.
- In the event of a visa rejection, consultancy fees will not be refunded as the outcome is determined solely by the immigration authorities and is beyond our control.
- If Gujjar Travel & Tour is unable to initiate your application due to reasons on our end, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
- Any government or embassy fees paid on behalf of the client are subject to the refund policies of the respective authority and are not controlled by us.
4. Ticketing Services
Flight ticket refunds are governed primarily by the fare rules and policies of the respective airline. Gujjar Travel & Tour’s role is to facilitate the booking process on your behalf.
- Refundable Tickets: If you have purchased a refundable fare, cancellation requests must be submitted to us promptly. Refunds will be processed as per the airline’s timeline, minus any applicable service charges.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets booked under non-refundable fares are not eligible for a cash refund. However, some airlines may offer travel credits or rebooking options.
- Flight Cancellations by Airline: If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking as per the airline’s policy. We will assist you in processing such requests.
- Our ticketing service fee is non-refundable regardless of the ticket type or cancellation outcome.
5. International Tours
Tour package refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the departure date:
- Cancellation 30 or more days before departure: Eligible for a full refund minus administrative and booking charges.
- Cancellation 15 to 29 days before departure: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour package cost.
- Cancellation 7 to 14 days before departure: Eligible for a 25% refund of the total tour package cost.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
- In cases of force majeure — such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government travel restrictions — we will work with clients to reschedule or offer travel credits where possible.
- No-shows on the day of departure are not eligible for any refund.
6. International Work Permit Services
Work permit assistance involves significant documentation, legal research, and professional consultation.
- Fees are non-refundable once the process has been initiated and documentation work has commenced.
- If the application is rejected by the immigration authority of the destination country, no refund will be issued as the decision is entirely outside our control.
- If Gujjar Travel & Tour is unable to proceed with your application due to reasons on our end, a partial or full refund will be evaluated and offered accordingly.
7. International Package Shipping
Once a shipment has been collected and dispatched through our logistics partners, cancellations are generally not possible.
- If a shipment has been booked but not yet dispatched, a cancellation request may be considered and a partial refund issued after deducting any administrative charges.
- In the event of lost or damaged shipments due to negligence on the part of our logistics partners, we will initiate a claim process on your behalf. Compensation will be subject to the terms and liability limits of the respective courier service.
- Delays caused by customs clearance, import/export regulations, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for a refund.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipment contents comply with international shipping regulations. Packages rejected or held by customs due to prohibited items are not eligible for a refund.
8. Currency Exchange
Currency exchange transactions are final and completed at the point of exchange.
- Once a currency exchange transaction has been completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
- If an error occurs on our end during the transaction, we will rectify it promptly and ensure the correct amount is provided.
- Exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations and the rate agreed upon at the time of transaction is final.
9. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Provide your full name, contact details, service type, booking or transaction reference number, and the reason for your refund request.
- Attach any relevant supporting documents such as booking confirmations, receipts, or rejection letters.

10. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Client provides incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
- Client fails to meet the eligibility requirements of the destination country.
- Client misses deadlines for document submission or travel.
- Refund request is made after the specified cancellation window has passed.
- Services have been fully rendered and delivered as agreed.
